Senior Project Manager

Responsible for management and development of project mangers, designers and techies in order to produce outstanding digital creative work for pitches and clients including BBC World Service, BBC Radio 1 , Egg Money, Unicef, Samaritans, Blockbuster, Oxfam, Unilever, Diageo, Lynx, Friends of the Earth, Mercedes and Alcohol Concern.

Key roles include:

· Overseeing pitches, ensuring creative team produce winning ideas as well have fun.

· Guaranteeing quality, innovation and accessibility in creative and technical work.

· Scoping and producing small/large scale websites/games/blogs from conceptual and creative development to functional design, IA, user acceptance testing and accessibility (Flash/HTML/CSS up to AAA). 

· Scoping and producing online comms, including: rich media (overlays, expandables video streaming, xml feeds, MySpace/Messenger applications, flash comm. server) and standard ads, viral, desktop applications and email marketing campaigns.

· Negotiating deals and developing strong working relationships with rich media vendors, such as TangoZebra, Eyeblaster, Skinkers, Flashtalking, Cheetah Mail and Email Vision.

Digital  Media Consultant for Orange

[June 2003 – March 2004] 

Working alongside Poke and AKQA. Responsible for account/roject management from brief to delivery.

Highlights include:
•Overseeing monthly email acquisition programme to test the effectiveness of different acquisition/data capture techniques.

•Production of Orange’s interactive online art gallery

•Development of interactive CD-ROM partnership between Orange and Freeserve.

•Delivering a range of digital assets for the Orange Small Business Awards 2003, including website, banners, emails and SMS. Production of a series of interactive photo messaging campaigns for Orange’s customer loyalty programme, including Christmas and Valentines’ day.

The Brighton Film Co

[October 2002 – June 2003]

Production Manager

Appointed on a freelance marketing and production contract and worked on two short films that won Silver World Medals at the New York Film Festival. Also worked on CD-ROMs and overhauling their website.

Narrateo –  Digital Storytelling  (Feb 2001 - Dec 2001)

Production Co-ordinator

Developing a wide range of digital projects/accounts; including; video, CD-Rom and web based learning clips for BT, a virtual crown court for The Home Office, an animated online soap opera for dti, a viral SMS/web marketing campaign for Ultimate Pictures.

·         Project Management from initial brief to delivery, including client meetings, briefing technical and creative teams, budgets, time schedules, research and content development.

·         Building relationships with existing/potential clients, suppliers, sponsors and partners.
